Emo Non Rhyming Poem - Forgotten.

she held a razor in her hand,
so immensly terrified,
that she couldn’t even stand.
don’t they know that they’re tearing her apart piece by piece?
she pictures them all..
their laughter and their hatred,
as the tears roll slowly down her cheeks.
her arms start to trimble,
and she cannot breathe.
as she thinks of all the pain,
that they are all too blind to see.
she slides the razor across her skin.
about to move it,
when suddenly..
it slips.
harder she starts to shake..
but for some reason the girl doesn’t cry.
maybe she wasn’t hesitant,
because deep down,
she actually wanted to die.
watching the blood slowly drip,
she ran a hand through her strawberry blonde hair.
lets the idea of dying process,
wondering if anyone will care.
so many different things were running through her head..
and she chuckles as she pictures them crying,
when they all find out that she’s already dead.
but she wondered if they’ll even notice,
acknowledge that she’s gone.
it’s not supposed to be like this,
her life had turned out all wrong.
then she thinks of him,
and his beautiful blue eyes.
she thinks of the different ways they could tell him she’s gone,
different ways they could say their final goodbyes.
she thought about how he used to make her happy.
she felt like the was the most lucky girl,
until all her plans and all the love fell.
and how since she’s been having such a hard struggle,
how she’s been going through hell.
she supposed that this was the final goodbye..
goodbye to all the pain they have caused,
and goodbye to feeling like a stupid doll.
goodbye to feeling like she’d been thrown around,
being hated and confused.
goodbye to feeling so lost, broken, and lonely.
and goodbye to being coldly abused.
she tried her hardest,
but she just couldn’t take it.
she tried and she tried,
but she just couldn’t fake it.
so as the blood is now a pool around her feet,
she sits trembling in silence and awaits her defeat.
